This page lists the third-party service providers (subprocessors) that LiveLingo (a product of Lunana Global Inc.) engages to provide the Service. We disclose this list to comply with our transparency commitments under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Art. 28), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), and analogous laws.

Several of the subprocessors listed above engage their own infrastructure providers (for example, Supabase is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States; Vercel is built on Amazon Web Services and other cloud providers). Our agreements with each subprocessor flow down our data-processing requirements to their sub-subprocessors. The current sub-subprocessor list maintained by each provider is available from that provider on request.
We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before adding a new subprocessor that materially changes the nature of processing (for example, replacing our speech-recognition provider). Notice will be provided by updating this page and, for business customers under our Data Processing Addendum, by email to the contact listed in the DPA.
Business customers operating under our Data Processing Addendum may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable, documented grounds related to data protection. If we cannot satisfy the objection, the customer may terminate the affected portion of the Service. To object, email dpa@livelingo.io with the subject line "Subprocessor Objection" within 30 days of notice.
Questions about this list, our data-processing arrangements, or international transfers should be directed to hello@livelingo.io.
