Voice Translation Accuracy: 16 Migrant-Worker Language Corridors (2026)
Real-time voice translation accuracy across 16 non-English migrant-worker language corridors (Turkish→German, Arabic→German/French/Spanish, Indonesian→Japanese/Korean/Chinese, Vietnamese→Korean/Japanese, Portuguese→German/French, Polish→German, Chinese→Vietnamese/Indonesian/Malay, Malay→Chinese). Each system received identical audio; three independent LLM judges scored comprehension 0–5. LiveLingo ranked #1 on all 16 pairs — overall 4.33 / 5 vs Google 3.95, Azure 3.47, Whisper+GPT 3.20 — with its widest margins on the hardest source languages. Real-Time Voice Translation Benchmark 2026: Latency, Stability, and Comprehension
Two-section benchmark. Section 1: LiveLingo's median Final Transcript Latency 1.5 s with zero Normalized Erasure; competitors measure 2.7 / 4.8 / 27 s with 22–353 erasures per 120-s clip. Section 2: comprehension fidelity composite 4.96 / 5 (LiveLingo) vs 4.77 (Google), 4.65 (Azure), 4.63 (Whisper+GPT) across 120 utterances in en→es/zh-CN/ja/de, scored by three independent frontier LLM judges. Addendum June 9, 2026: Google's Gemini 3.5 Live Translate (developer-preview API, not yet in the Google Translate app), evaluated on its launch day on the identical protocol, scores 4.93 with a constant ~3-second speaking delay.
